1、用戶訂貨時(shí)，須注明配電箱的回路數(shù)，各回路相應(yīng)的電流數(shù)，以及斷路器的極數(shù)等等。

防水防塵配電箱結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及作用
1、工程塑料外殼采用玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)不飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂材料，通過(guò)模具壓制而成，外形美觀。具有抗老化、不變形，抗沖擊、抗靜電、耐腐蝕等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)品顏色為綠色。
2、不銹鋼外殼通過(guò)模具落料、成型工藝加工而成，表面鏡面拋光處理，美觀大方。
3、鋼板外殼表面酸洗，鈍化后采用高壓靜電噴塑處理，防腐等級(jí)為F1。
4、G、S兩系列抗強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿、鹽、海水、氨、氯離子腐蝕，防腐等級(jí)為F2。
5、G、S兩系列產(chǎn)品為迷宮式防水結(jié)構(gòu)，具有良好的防水、防塵性能，防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP65。
6、所有外露緊固件均采用不銹鋼，密封件采用硅橡膠，耐油、耐酸、耐堿、耐高溫。
7、本系列產(chǎn)品適用于交流50Hz，電壓至380V及以下，直流至440及以下，電流100A以內(nèi)的電路中，作為工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中照明控制，電能傳送、動(dòng)力控制等作用。
